The class will run from 7:00 until about 9:00 with a break midway. The menu items will be your delicious dinner as you prepare it! Water and coffee is provided, and you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks.

An apron will be provided, but Sur La Table recommends wearing casual clothes that you don’t mind getting a little bit messy in. As you will be standing most of the class, wear flat, comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Long hair should be pulled back. A 10% discount will be provided for Sur La Table merchandise during the break and immediately following the class.
