A native of Columbia, CT, Sal credits his integrity, honesty and customer service qualities to his childhood life as a baker’s son. He graduated from University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Professional Sales, and began his career in financial services in September 2007 where he started his practice at Ameriprise Financial.

Sal’s areas of specialty include working with widows/widowers, state employees, teachers, and parents. He partners with his clients to help quantify their future goals. Sal also applies his knowledge of Social Security Retirement, the State of Connecticut tiered pension system and Connecticut TRB pension program to aid the financial planning analysis. He has utilized these skills for over 10 years to help preserve, grow, and fund retirement, college planning, and multi-generational wealth. Through his expertise, experience, and planning process, Sal is able to create a sound and strategic financial plan to help reach those goals.

Prior to joining Gateway, Sal was a Financial Advisor with Cornerstone Wealth Management Group. He is currently a member of Business Network International in Manchester, Connecticut.
