Our Services

Our Process

We follow a thorough, collaborative process to ensure your organization’s retirement plan is well-designed, cost-efficient, and aligned with fiduciary responsibilities. Here’s how we work with you:

Step 1: Discovery and Initial Assessment

We start by conducting a comprehensive analysis of your current retirement plan. This includes an evaluation of your plan design, fee structure, investment menu, and fiduciary oversight. We also review any existing Investment Policy Statements and governance documents to ensure they reflect best practices. During this phase, we work closely with your plan committee to understand the specific needs of your organization and its participants. This discovery phase helps us identify areas of improvement and provides a clear roadmap for the next steps.

Step 2: Plan Design and Investment Strategy

Once we’ve gathered all the necessary information, we collaborate with you to design a retirement plan tailored to your organization’s goals. This includes reviewing and, if necessary, adjusting your investment lineup to better serve plan participants. We also benchmark fees to ensure cost-effectiveness by comparing them to industry and peer group benchmarks. Throughout this process, we provide clear, actionable recommendations, ensuring your team is fully informed and comfortable with each decision.

Step 3: Ongoing Monitoring and Support

A retirement plan’s effectiveness requires continuous oversight. We provide ongoing monitoring, including regular performance reviews of your investment options, cost benchmarking, and fiduciary governance updates. Our detailed reports are designed to keep you informed, and we proactively address any changes in market conditions or regulatory requirements. In addition to plan monitoring, we offer participant education and wellness programs to help employees understand their retirement options, empowering them to make more informed decisions. We stay connected with your team, ensuring that the plan evolves as your organization grows and the needs of your participants change.
