Experience

I started my career in the financial services industry as a Customer Service Representative for an Asset Manager in 2008, just a few weeks before Lehman Brothers collapsed and sent the world into chaos. In this role, my job was to respond to inquiries from Shareholders and Financial Advisors about the products that my company offered. The role soon shifted with the panic struck tones of those I spoke with. I needed to truly understand the concern of the callers and educate those as much as I could to prevent them from acting strictly on emotion. It was during this time that I gained an appreciation and a passion for the role and the industry. Instead of simply responding to inquiries, I provided relevant information to help people make the most informed decision they could. The notion of educating the client stuck with me throughout different roles at the Asset Manager and eventually led me to become a Financial Advisor. My goal is to always educate my clients, understand their goals and concerns, and tailor my advice to the specific situation.

As an advisor, I have the privilege of coaching clients toward financial freedom. When I see that I have removed the complication of financial planning from a client’s life, and have replaced it with a sense of confidence for the future, I know that I have succeeded. Understanding client concerns and transforming that to attainable goals is what pushes me to succeed every day.

Meet Cassidy

Cassidy is a crucial part of Dan’s business acting in the capacity of Chief Welcoming Officer. In this role, Cassidy is responsible for greeting clients, managing treat consumption, and a lot of napping. Cassidy graduated from puppy school from the prestigious Fit-N-Trim Academy in Rowley, MA. With 1.5 dog years, or 10.5 human years, of experience, Cassidy is well suited to help clients em-BARK on their financial journey. When Cassidy is out of the office, she enjoys running in the woods (tearing both her ACLs), bothering her 13 y/o sister, Ginger, who recently retired from the business, and hiding under the covers in her bed. Please reach out Cassidy with any treat related inquiries.
