Andrew feels that one of the most rewarding aspects of working with a client, is helping them to put a plan in place and then watching as they commit to executing that plan. He says, “My personal philosophy can be summed up in a quote from Lewis Carroll which is ‘If you don’t know where you are going, any path will get you there’.” Andrew’s business is built on the strong foundation of building long-term relationships with clients while helping them pursue their financial goals and objectives.
Andrew found himself in the financial services industry when he was looking for an opportunity to own and run a small business, just like many of his clients. “This is the perfect place for me to be an entrepreneur while also serving others,” said Andrew.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2002, Andrew moved to Madison, Wisconsin where he met his wife Pamela. In their free time, they enjoy playing golf, exercising, fishing, spending time at their lake house and attending sports events.
For over 15 years, Jean-Paul (JP) has been working in the financial services industry and more importantly, building relationships with his clients. He appreciates that he has become part of their stories and truly values the relationships he has built over the years. JP’s mission is to bring clarity to his client’s lives by understanding their story, helping them define their financial goals, and implementing strategies to work towards their desired outcome.
When he is not in the office or on the golf course, he can be found with his wife Kimberly, and daughters, Grace and Gloria. They love traveling, playing tennis and golf, and working out together. JP is a member of the 100 Men of Dane County charity organization and previously served on the board of directors for Gio’s Garden. Both being Wisconsin natives, he and Kimberly love calling Madison home.

Alana brings her keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to Focal Point Financial Strategies. With an Associate’s Degree in Police Science and certifications as a Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Specialist, she’s well-equipped to handle the intricate details of our client services.
Alana is a devoted mother to four children and an adoring grandmother to four grandchildren. She stays active by attending her high school-aged children’s sports events and spending quality time with her grandchildren. In her leisure time, Alana enjoys reading, playing with her dog Jaden, and nurturing her green thumb in the garden.
Alana is also deeply committed to giving back to her community. She volunteers at the Senior Center, serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), and is a board member of the Neighborhood Accountability Board. At her church, she contributes her time as a Teen Sunday School Teacher and Preschool Director.
